關於國際美味獎
又稱頂級美味大獎（SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD），是由比利時布魯塞爾的國際風味評鑒所（ITI）創立的，針對品牌食品與飲品風味品質的獎項。屬於全球食品類三大頂級獎項之一，極具權威性與影響力，被譽為食品界的「奧斯卡」！

大獎評審團由15家最負盛名的歐洲餐飲烹飪協會的125位首席廚師，與超過20個國家200多名極具聲望的首席大廚評鑒師組成。

評選過程採用專業盲測方式：「隱去品牌、統一標準、分項打分、綜合評判」，以公正、客觀、專業的方式評估產品。只有真正有實力的產品，才會被授予美味獎章（分為一星、二星與三星）。

About the Superior Taste Award
This prestigious accolade is presented by the International Taste Institute (ITI) in Brussels, Belgium. It recognises the exceptional flavour and quality of branded food and beverages and is considered one of the top three global awards in the food industry. Highly authoritative and influential, it has been dubbed the Oscars of the food industry!

The judging panel comprises 125 of the most esteemed chefs from 15 of Europe’s most prestigious culinary and hospitality associations and over 200 top chefs and tasting experts from more than 20 countries.

The judging process is rigorous and professional. It involves blind taste tests with no brand names revealed, standardised evaluation criteria, and a comprehensive scoring system to ensure fairness and objectivity. Only the highest-quality products are awarded the coveted taste medals, divided into three levels: one-star, two-star, and the highest honour, three-star.
